OUR STORY
I began my journey as an independent consultant after 2 decades of entrepreneurship and large cooperation work in the food servivce industry, with a vision to help businesses thrive through change management, CSRD/ESRS implementation, and building strong organizational structures. My passion for transforming organizations has led me to several succesful cases of helping companies achieve that very difficult task of changing what is.
My background is the seafood and asian food business. As an entrepreneur I've been part of staring several projects - some went bad and some went very well. For me building expertize has been trying everything at least once and sometimes failing and having to try again. I'm personally driven by change and forward motion as well as sustainability - which luckely go hand in hand.

UNIQUE APPROACH?
As a manager I really didn't like consultants! Always in a hurry to tell you whats what and never around to share in the difficult parts - I'm generalizing of course.
Actually helping a company through change is joining in the accountability from start till end. The change really isn't done till you're back to some level of "business as ususal" or daily operations.
I've been the one with the full responsibility many times and I know what it means to be "that person". If a consultant isn't part of the team, their just another stakeholder that needs to be dealt with - and that's rarely what's needed.
